"False Prophet" was the original working title. The Cat's Meow was a complicated piece to create that came together by accident and from having created 47 previous entries. I used an additional nine images from istockphoto.com. The string is hand drawn using a photoshop brush with a texture. The couch and lamps was an accidental discovery while doing image research. One half of the couch and lamps image was duplicated and mirrored to create more consistent lighting across the image. I then added the original source's couch pattern to the new couch. By adding eyes to the lamps I created a Cheshire cat, thus doing away with the need to add any cats.
