This entry almost made it into the digital waste basket. The first attempt to create a creature was pretty crude and lacked personality. It pissed me off that I spent so much time on it only to see that it wasn't going to work. But it was the stepping stone to a second creation which I spent even more time on. I agonized over creating the background out of other images and then realized I should just use the source. Once the creature was complete I had to give it a purpose. It reminded me of a thistly weed, the kind which propagate throughout an untended lot. Watch out! They're headed to a lawn near you.
